Dave Lawrence is a professional photographic artist who specializes in nature and landscape photography. For over twenty years the Florida photographer has traveled the world creating beautiful images.

With patience and practice he has mastered a number of formats beyond the traditional 35mm camera, including large format panoramas and 16mm motion picture film. Studies in environmental biology have developed his senses and awareness to our natural surroundings. His work captures small details of color and light that create memorable artist results.

Dave’s images have appeared on the covers of Time and Business Week magazines and as a special four-page fold out cover for a McDonalds Corporation annual report. They have been displayed inside the Kodak Pavilion at Epcot Center, printed in National Geographic calendars and featured in “The Best of Nature Photography” book. Dave has traveled around the world four times on assignment photographing man-made landscapes like the construction of the Hong Kong Airport and the Sydney Harbor Tunnel for major engineering clients.

Dave's recent efforts have been directed towards the field of “Visual Therapy”. Creating images that instill a sense of tranquility and relaxation for people in stress filled environments. His artwork can be found in numerous healthcare facilities across the United States including: Morton Plant Hospital, Baylor Medical Center, the University of Miami Ultrasound, St. Anthony’s Medical Center, Hartford Memorial, the Suncoast Hospice Facility, Flagstaff Medical and Emory University. Dave finds gratification in knowing that an anxious hospital patient might experience the calming effects of one of his peaceful garden panoramas.
